Apple finally shared the pictures of its new store and it has already created a curiosity in the branding market. Apple’s new store has drawn comparison to a lantern floating on the water. Yes, you heard it right, the design of Apple’s new store beautifully incorporates a glass dome which is sitting on the water of Marina Bay Singapore. A glimpse of the floating store has been shared a few weeks ago. The store will be made open for visitors today on 10th September for design and interior speculations.
Apple says the store’s design is one of a kind. The construct is supported by glass pieces held by mullions. The design is inspired by the self-supported designs where landscape glasses are held by vertical mullions. The construction hence makes a shape of a dome all glass but self-supported. The store is located in a very posh district of Singapore, are crowded with luxuries restaurant, bars and casino.

On the inside sphere, there are confounds that make conceal and what Apple is calling a “nighttime lighting effect.”
At the head of the circle is an oculus that allows daylight, which Apple says was inspired by the Pantheon in Rome. Just as a shop floor with all the typical contraptions in plain view, the arch houses a video screen and seating zone to have the different talks and instructional exercises Apple likes to give at its stores. Apple has shared some more insight which says that there is space underneath the dorm which will be used as a “first underwater boardroom” where “entrepreneurs and developers interested in receiving training and advice can meet with Apple team members”

Our passionate and talented team is ready to welcome this community to our new store and deliver the care and support that our customers around the world love.”
But as the most charming quality about Apple that the company believes in building a relationship with customers and its people’s quality remains incorporated in this new Marina Bay Sands store as well. In this store, 148 person team who knows and speaks collectively 23 languages will be working to provide more comfort to customers and visitors coming all over the world. So the store’s architecture although is on top but the people’s skill will be the cherry on top of the cake.
